Olives to Oil – Westside 2025
Presented in partnership with My Smart Garden and Brimbank, Hobsons Bay, and Maribyrnong Councils, Olives to Oil is an annual event run by CERES, bringing people together to harvest olives and have them pressed communally into delicious, local olive oil.
This year the Westside events include 2 x olive drop-offs in May and the oil collection Festival in June.
We’re thrilled with how popular Olives to Oil has become, growing exponentially year on year. To help cope with this demand and ensure more people have delicious oil to enjoy, we have some guidelines in place – please read the details carefully even if you have participated before.
